Make sure you have not been leaking transmission oil. I had Ford (did not know any better then) that had the same symptoms. When it was cold, the oil in the transmission case sort of congealed, making it hard to shift. When the transmission case leaked out enough oil, there was nothing to freeze up! "Christopher A.
