Everyone who has driven the older Saab 900s will tell you that every new car has a very light clutch. I drove a 1999 V70 Volvo and I could barely feel any resistance in clutch. The same went for a 1999 Forester. So, if this is the first '80s Saab 900 you have driven, then it will feel very heavy. I have heard that there is one vehicle that has a heavier clutch, an F350 4-wheel drive. pete wrote: > I've owned my 1989 Saab 900 turbo for a few months now and have had to > endure a very heavy clutch operation.
