Subject: Which Pollen Filter do I need?



I have a 1989 Turbo 16V that has done 130K.  The pollen filter is filthy.
Which do I need

Pollen Filters 900 79-88 Insert LA128
 Pollen Filters 900 79-94  LA112 £19.64

As you can see the site http://www.legend.yorks.com/~oli/ has both types -
any ideas.  Also will I notice a difference in air quality and less steaming
up of the car with a new filter?
