Chris, I had an 83 900T for over 13 years. If you are getting moisture or coolant inside in the footwells, you are probably looking at a bad heater control valve. I had to have the one on mine replaced once. Check the www.saabnet.com website or www.townsendimports.com for info about the part and replacing it.
