I agree, additionally a plugged exhaust or excessive backpressure shoulnt give you really low boost, but rather alot of charging lag, although it might - but a couple of cracks would seem to indicate less not more. Try this...go to a u-wrenchit type of junkyard, locate a turo saab, and remove the APC computer (located under the left side passenger seat, swap 'em and see if it makes any difference, if so live w/the used one or go buy an SPG red to replace the one you've had. This seems unlikely but something's wrong...
