OK why not . . . my girlfriend has a 1999 9-3 200 and she loves it. I drive a 1983 900 GL - the little bastard just refuses to say die, so I can't justify changing it for anything newer. Wonderfully reliable car if one cares to work on it from time to time. We also had a 1983 99 GL but we had to toss that one because it was beginning to look a bit too bohemian for our clients' tastes (to answer the question, we're both management consultants and have to *look* as if we earn a shitload of money, even if we really don't).
