i have a 92 900s, resently had a rack and steering column joint replaced, new belts. on cold days the steering belt slips and makes noise for about 1 minute. turning the wheel makes it worse. i had them change the aftermarket belt with a saab belt and it still does it. The belts are tensioned properly. the mechanic can figure it out. The colder it gets the worse the problem is. Any ideas for me?
