Ditto the RDC634. The 635 has a digital output for interconnect via a fibre cable to a digital eq/amp (i.e the Clarion DPH9300). The 634 is cheaper and just has basic analog output that connects to the Saab built-in headend. I mounted mine in the glovebox of my '94 900. I did not have to buy any $100 adaptor. The Changer cable is not always there, despite common belief that it the 900 is prewired with a cable back to the trunk. I have an early production '94 900, and to my surprise, there was no cable pre-installed in the trunk. It looked like a lot of work to fish the cable neatly back under the seats and all, so I mounted the CD changer in the glovebox, and I'm glad I did. On long trips I can get at the changer and swap discs without having to go digging around under a trunk load of luggage. Good luck!
