Subject: question about "Twitchy" steering

Hey All I am the 2nd participant in a love/hate relationship with my 1989 Saab 900 16v. MOST of the time, its love... Here is my question: I am driving down the road , minding my own business and I let up on the gas. Im kind of coasting, clutch is still in. My steering wheel starts making slight, very quick, jerks to the left. It seems to happen only when the car is coming down of of load. It isnt rythmic, seems to happen with 15-45 seconds in between twitches. It doesnt happen when its cold. The car doesnt always do it. Either my car is possessed by a poltergiest with tourettes syndrome, or something funky is about to happen with my steering. Has anyone ever run into this before? Rob
