My 88 SPG came stock with the Voltmeter, Oil Pressure guage and outside temp guage. I consider the first two critical but would happily trade the outside temp guage for an oil temp indicator. A "brisk" ride from Greenfield to Carmel Valley, CA, over county rd 17 will easily expalin why you want to keep an eye on oil temp. <grin> BTW, the last time I did this a whale tail Porsche gave up and pulled over and I was on the tail of the 5 liter Audi all the way into Carmel Valley... might have made the pass if there'd been a safe place to do it. Not too bad for a 2 liter "sedan". Tom
