Contact the dealer who sold the car, they may have records Failing this you can take the radio out, sometimes the code is put on it, not a good idea, but it happens. Finally you can do what I had to do which was to take it to a specialist radio shop who re-chipped it for me with a new code. Cost 30 pounds, about 45 US dollars.
