You didn't say 9000 or 900. If its a 900 then: Remove the parcel shelf, Remove the two plastic screws (a pair each side) Pull hard and evenly and the two tray type things will come out. From then on its easy If its a 9000 then: There are three pairs of screws somewhere under the parcel shelf (sorry can't remember where, I think one each side and one at the front) once removed insert a large bladed screwdriver and leaver the bottom tray out, oits easy from then on.
