Subject: cold start



My 96 9000 CS has to crank 3 - 4 times for about 10 sec.
ea. time before it will start when it is between aprox. 20
to 40 deg. F. Any colder - starts fine. It was -16 last
week - started right up. any warmer it starts fine. It is
just between that 20 to 40 deg. Any ideas ?
