Subject: '87 900 S - AIC bad?



2 questions-

After a cold start, shouldn't the engine idle at higher RPMs?  My 900 always
seems to idle at about 850.

What would cause the RPM to drop to almost zero?  This happens when I am
slowing down to stop and I press in the clutch to downshift.
Is the AIC responsible?
