I am a previous owner of a 9000CD 2.3T (91'). It is fast, powerful and comfortable to drive with, but I have many problems with transmission, radiator, etc. I don't know if such problems occur in your country but Hong Kong seems not quite suitable for this car. Yet, I am still looking for another Saab 900SE (2.5 V6). What will you comment on its reliability (both mechanical and electrical)?
