I'm taking a stab in the dark here, since I haven't driven your car, but your brakes could be scraping ever so slightly due to excess runout on your rotor. The most likely cause would be rust on the hub that was not cleaned off when the rotor was remounted. This causes the metallic scraping sound you hear. It is noticable when your turn because just the right amount of lateral force is generated during the turns you describe. Anything slower or faster changes this=no scraping. Use a dial indicator to test. The runout should show up without the wheels loaded up. Paul (Remove "spamthis" to reply)
