All the questions should be this easy. After you have the switch out, disconnect the round electrical connector from the back of the switch. You will then be able to see two little plastic tabs in the center of the switch. Press them together and pull them out. The bulb will be in this holder that you are taking out. A few additional notes: This bulb is smaller than the #37 bulb of about the same size that is readily available in stores. The #37 won't fit. I found a Wagner #17037 at the local "Super Trak Auto" that worked in this application (and for the cigar lighter/ashtray light too). The cost was $2.49 for 2 bulbs.
