Subject: Saab motor in Cadillac Catera and Saturn V6?

I was just reading an article in car and driver where they had a comparison of wagons. One of the entries was the new Saturn Ls wagon. During their review the one thing that they liked about the car was the power that it had. On the other hand they stated that the motor was noisy. Another comment that they had was that this motor can also be found in a Cadillac Catera as well as a Saab 95. Can this be true? I know that GM has a big interest in Saab now but would they do this? I have never heard anyone here mention that their 95 engine was noisy so what gives? Did GM save a few dollars in the Saturn engine? Just wanted to get an opinion from the group. Thanks in advance. Damon
