Rather do the oil changes at the dealer since it's not all that more expensive, and deal with the 10,000 checks somewhere that doesn't tack on what I seem to feel is an extra hours labor charge for nothing. There's no secret to what needs to be done at 10,000, although I don't expect my head light aim and stuff like that to go out so often in ever at all. Check the front end, check the fluids, change oil and filter, rotate tires = 30 minutes work, not 90 minutes and a $140 charge.
