I have been using one(!) for years and watching them do clean, correct work. The whole procedure takes less time than just the phone call for an appointment at the Saab dealer. Except for the scheduled maintenance, I have gone to ExpressLube every 3k to 5k miles and never had any complaints with any of my 3 Saabs. > All the above comments are useless if you lease the car and plan to dump > it after three years.
