As of 8/99 Hirsch didn't have a US outlet for their product. While they really want to work through a dealer they will deal directly with individuals. With respect to engine tuning they are able to provide excellent data (HP/torque) for their various upgrades. While I didn't go through with an upgrade of a 9-5SE I have to admit they are very pleasant to deal with. (I dumped the 9-5SE for a Viggen.) You should also look into Abbott Racing. They will sell directly to US customers. In my case the complete purchase was conducted via email and a fax with my credit card number. I don't thing that you can go wrong with either Abbott or Hirsch. There maybe a case that you might want to mix and match products from each.
