Subject: Re: How do I....?

I just purchased a 2000 9-3SE, my first Saab. The performance and handling suit me fine. The led dash readout is excellent as it is recessed. The computer and temperature readouts are ONLY usable at night. normal daylight makes the reading a joke. Now, as a newbie owner, does Saab delight in making owners life difficult by stupid placement of controls or do they just want to keep their "different" image. I hope that Viggen Jet pilots can read their instruments in daytime, do not have to reach behind their seats for controls, have to slide across the seat plastic sides as the seat cushion is lower than the seat controls, No compass in the computer, (many low price cars have one on the mirror).....etc. etc. They would have one great car if they would listen to some simple common sense regarding ergomatics. Maybe it is Saab EGO engineering. A few of my thoughts!! =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D= =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D John wrote........."I have a 93 9000cse and the lcd displays are very dim.=A0 I think it's the bulbs but I'm not sure.=A0 =A0 If it is the bulbs how do I replace them? =A0 Any thoughts?
