I have a 1983 900. The engine is leaking slowly. The mechanic says they have to pull the engine out to fix it. Also the two CV Joints are clicking and need replaced. You know what's messed up? Refurbished axles are cheaper than new CV Joints! Anyway, my car has 240,000 miles or so now. I think I'm just going to drive it until it breaks down. Then I'll get a new one. My question: Is it safe to drive with the axles the way they are? If one of the joints snaps or whatever, will my car go out of control? I hope not! _____ SC http://surfcentral.nu
