My 92 900s just had one replaced with 90k on it. Its a 2 piece pulley with rubber between the pieces. the two sides start to slip on the rubber and usually cause a belt slipping noise. if not replaced it usually distroys the oil pump housing and thats mega bucks. Seems like the replacement is pretty common on higher mileage 900's
