Well some may remember my question a month or so ago about the "check engine" light on my 96 900 SE 2.0t. The first diagnosis by the dealer's repair guy was "don't know." The second time it came on he decided it was that the auto trans "winter mode" switch had failed. Now I can make it go on or off by changing the gas. One tank of expensive 93 octane premium - light goes out. One tank of 87 octane regular, light goes back on. I've done two cycles now. So, is it the oxygen sensor? This is my fifth Saab (first turbo tough) and I never saw this light go on before. /Geoff
