some "new" brake disc needed to be surfaced- as they were crap to begin with. You didn't say when the problem started. Also- any contamination on the disc (did you clean the wax preservitive off?) will make them shudder. Loose caliper bolts, A-frame bushings, and an assortment of problems from loose wheel nuts to bad diverter valve assembly can make braks do stuff that feels like shudder-but is really the front end trying to get ahead of the body of the car.- try the cheap stuff firs- clean the rotors with brake clean and sand the pads back to fresh compound.
