Hi Michael, As a test to see what the problem is, I suggest you loosen the bleed screw on the slave cylinder (put suitable container underneath). Push pedal. If it moves and dumps fluid, it's the slave piston that is stuck. If it stays put, then the master is jammed. From what you were posting earlier about having to "pump up" the pedal until it works again (before the whole kit froze up completely), I'd guess that your return spring inside the master cyl has broken. You could also have a spring fragment lodged between the piston and cylinder wall, causing the piston to freeze up. Another reason for the need to pump can be bad master cylinder seals (on the piston). Curious to see what you found.
