This is a very easy job. Just Spray in Plenty of Carburettor cleaner, give it a few minutes to work, then clean up using on old(or your wife's) toothbrush, then wash away the gunk with another squirt of carb cleaner. the o2 sensor is in the exhaust, the carb cleaner wont hurt it.
