Ahhmm, YES, which car???! Itīs quite easy, when the cable is turning while the car is moving and when you put something into the speedometer plug and turn it and the needle does not move then its broken...(900, 9000) Try to get a exchange unit when you donīt want to buy a new one, the price is common for a new Saab speedo.
