Same thing happened to me. It turned out to be a corroded fuel pump fuse! A good way to troubleshoot it is to take out the fuel pump relay, stick a wire in instead. You should hear the pump whirr. Try starting. Don't do this too much or you'll get flooded badly. Another thing is that it could simply be flooded.
