In article <391D11CC.1E91C712nopsamsafish.com> johsnopsamsafishnospammail.com "Johannes H Andersen" writes: > This guy has posted his junk not just at dozens of alt.autos > groups, but I also found it in dozens of computer news groups. > Where is the internet going with this rate of commercial > pollution ? It's pretty clear, from one of his spam-spews a couple of days ago, that folk _are_ successfully reporting him to his ISP and are causing him grief in return. The main problem is that brain- fade cases like him get their attitudes all twisted around: they start to blame us for the trouble they've brought on themselves, so for a while they redouble their efforts, simply to (as they see it) "get revenge" on the NGs which they originally attacked. IOW, don't look for logic from this fool. Just keep reporting him to his ISP. Every time he gets disconnected, it causes him a bit of trouble, more on average than it does for any of us. (Try "abusenopsamet", AFAIR. Sorry, I toss his spams almost as soon as they arrive, so cannot confirm that address. Check the Path line carefully; I think the link which _seems_ earliest -- "uunet.com" -- is spurious.) -- Andrew Stephenson
