Subject: Immobiliser



Hi

I've a UK 900 T16S Convertible - UK 1991 (H Reg) with which I'm very
pleased.  My insurance company is fussing about the immobiliser (a Phillips)
which was fitted sometime after the car's manufacture.  Could anyone confirm
what I believe to be the case - that:
- they weren't fitted by the manufacture as standard in 1991
- that Saab fitted (and recommended) Phillips at that time
