Gotta check to be sure. Every '93 9000 had it, but by '94 it was optional and had an on-off switch to boot if you got the option. In those circumstances (w/ the option and the on/off switch), the default mode was "on" and you had to switch it off each time you started the car. I believe TCS was removed completely by '96. B.
