Mick, I assume a full power acceleration has no problem until these speeds. Since the problem occurs under power only, I would suspect the drive axles. See if a boot (rubber bellows on the CV joint on each end of the axle) is split. This MAY be a clue as to which axle is bad. Others with more experience may have other suggestions.
