Jay, 3 possible causes. Most likely, worn seals in the clutch mastercylinder. It needs replacement or rebuilt. 2 Senerio, Slave problems but not as likely. Some slaves tend to begin to suck air just prior to failure giving you no pedal and then normal pedal etc..3rd senerio, Both the pedal and the slave fork have elongated holes causing the travel of the pedal to move toward the floor. Solution, replace the slave or remove the pedal and the slave fork and drill them out placing a bolt through both to take up the slack. Hopefully this will help!
