My hazard flasher (1993 9000CS) is in the dash glove box. There are a bunch of relays behind a panel. You need to remove a couple screws. My hazards don't work and I'm thinking of replacing the flasher but a new flasher is> $70 Canadian. I'm not sure if it's the flasher. The hazards work once in a while when I use a turn signal at the same time.
