You cant tune your car using you bypass valve. You are probably talking about the wastegate and wastegate actuator. bleeding APC cars is REALLY stupid. It prevents the APC fromworking properly and is a sure way killing your car. Adjusting your wastegate actuator is also a bulletproof way of killing APC saabs...... Instead.....check http://come.to/turboclub, press "TIPS" in the menu on the left, and then press APC. There is info there on how you can increase power in a more controlled way......
