What NGK plugs are you using? Should be NGK BCPR7ES-11. Adjust gap to 1.0-1.1 If you can, replace the DI unit just to eliminate this as the cause of the problems. Maybe you can borrow one from someone? I think you might be helped by letting SAAB check the error codes with the ISAT/TECH2 (which ever is appropriate on your model) instrument, that will probably give you some clues about what is going wrong.... /Mathias btw...if you are the guy asking about trionic upgrades.....remember that tuning saabs with automatic gearboxes is, well, not so good.
