Subject: Synthetic Oil in older Saab



I have seen synthetic oil recommended several times.  I have an '86 9000
turbo with 120,000 miles on it.  I have been told that switching to
synthetic could lead to oil leaks.  True?  Also, is it worth the extra
cost... really?
