Sean, That sounds like a long interval for a NA engine, let alone a turbo. I would not pay anywhere near retail for such a car, though if it could be bought at an interesting price... I do not know what the market is for these nor what kbb and edmunds say they should be worth, but I would want to pay much less. Look for other tell tale signs of a worn turbo (oil residue around the turbo intake housing and the 'puff of white smoke' upon dropped throttle (this will take 2 people to really check it out)). Listen for any rattling/knocking sounds at idle. These engines are almost silent compared to most others. You will probably have to pay nearly the retail price listed in KBB or edmunds for a clean Aero which has had proper care. If you want to have it for a while, this may be worth it to you... just my $0.02 YMMV Keith Grider "Sean Corliss" <scorlissnopsamress.com> wrote in message news:396F0D8A.E35BC7F7nopsamress.com... > First, I just wanted to thank everybody who has responded to my previous > posts. they have been very helpful.
