Well last year I said I was going to drive the Volvo 850 (probably no one here remembers) and I had the chance this week-end for a long road trip. (187 miles) I'll take my 9000 anyday! It was nice, comfy a little button to make the rear headrests go down (whoppee) but the thing floated all over the road. It didn't have the same tight feel and grip of the road that my 9000 does. Nor did it handle better, and the brakes were way too touchy. It was automatic, but you also could shift manually and I thought that was kind of silly and saw no advantage to having that. It did get up and move, but a few too many seconds hesitation to engage. I did like seperate climate controls, and the thought out double arm rest, and the way the a/c came out in the back on the side of the door. It had an excellent stero system that got louder as I went faster, and the sound was great. Other than that....nah!
