Dear All, My 1997 Saab 900S (2.3 litre non-turbo 2-door) seems to be a bit off in the clutch and brake department. The clutch has a little play before I feel it depressing the actual clutch mechanism... say 10-20mmm... is this normal for Saabs or is the clutch cable slack on my car? The brake pedal hisses (yes, it hisses like a snake) if I punch down hard on the brake pedal - it feels soft until I feel some real brake pressure under my foot... about 20-30mm... is this normal for Saabs or is the brake My Saab is regularly serviced by my local Saab dealership but everytime I mention these things to them they look at me, smile, and say that everything's OK. Should I be worried? ----------------------------------------------------------- Got questions? Get answers over the phone at Keen.com. Up to 100 minutes free! http://www.keen.com
