I just got my first Saab, a '00 2.3T 9-5 wagon. The car is a joy to drive and very pleasing to the eye. But, what's with the huge remote and large key? I know that the key contains a computer chip for security purposes, but it is still way to fat. You know something is wrong when the dealer hands you the key and remote and the two are joined with zip-ties because they can't get the key on the splitring keychain. A very cheesy way to present keys to a new luxury car owner. The remote and key combined are larger than all the other keys I have combined. How are us guys supposed to put that in our pocket. Women have the advantage here with pocketbooks. Anyone know of any alternatives? Thanks in advance! PS - I really do love the car. Just looking for a solution to my one major complaint.
