There is a rubber sheet that the glass attaches to. If you can lift the mirror away from that sheet, then you can gently pull it all the way off and reglue. GE Silicone Adhesive works really well. I reglued mine 3 years ago and it's still solid. If it's the whole mirror moving, good luck. I've yet to find anyone who can tell me how to tighten down the mirror housing (and I don't mean the screws thru the door that hold the entire mirror assembly on.)
