I have had the same thing - though I do not keep the car in gear at the lights (I understood that was undesirable). Turned out to be a worn seal and gunk in the master cylinder. Cleaned the cylinder and replaced the seal and all OK now. Managed to get away without bleeding the system though it took a while for fluid to fill the master cylinder. Have now constructed a pressure bleeding system using a bike pump and section of bike inner tube (containing the tube valve) which is clamped at one end; the other end fits over the fluid reservoir neck once the cap is removed - secured over the threads by string, duct tape or cable ties. fro wrote: > My clutch developed a weird problem this morning.
