All your questions are answered in the Bentley manual. You have a cold enrichment problem. Cold engines require up to twice as much fuel to compensate for the its lowered volatility. Vacuum leaks generally show up at high vacuum. Any lurching at closed throttle coasting? The Charle Probst book on Bosch fuel injection is great but won't fix your car.
