I've got the same car and have had the same problem 3 times now. The dealer was finally able to fixit for good because believe it or not, there was a recall for both the air-flow and temperature knobs. I'm in Canada so I'm not sure about the rest of the world but the recall is certainly the case throughout North America. Hope that helps.
