Usually they go bad one at a time so the display gets progressivly dimmer. It sounds like yours are all burned out or its a fuse or something else. In any case, to change the lamps see http://www.townsendimports.com/. Enter their site then go to "technical documents" then to "electrical systems." The EDO problem is the first item on that list. My display is dim and I have been putting off changing the lamps until it gets worse. Good luck, Ramsey Frist
