Saab just bought back my 1999 9-5 SE a couple of weeks ago. A couple problems like Ken, plus intermittent groaning noise from engine, ACC unit not cooling, driver seat track loose, solenoid refusing to go into gear, sunroof going off track, mileage of 9mpg, loose connections causing driver quarter of car to lose power (windows/doors) and car to go into limp mode. They replaced it with a 2000 9-5. I find this car sluggish compared with the '99 model --will have this checked at its 1000 mile checkup. Both cars handle curves well on the road, but the '99 model had a much more responsive accelerator. Eve
