I have a 94 (new style) 900s which I bought in Feb 2000. The Engine Pipe is broken and needs to be replaced which I thought would be covered under the extended warranty I purchased through the dealer with the car. The insurer is saying that the broken Engine Pipe is fair ware and tear and as such, they will not pay for the replacement. There was some corosion around the weld point where it broke. Can anybody tell me how long should an Engine Pipe last? Is it like asking how long is a piece of string? Thanks John
